The contact owns a 2020 Nissan Altima. The contact stated that the front driver-??s side and rear driver-??s side door locks failed to operate as designed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the lock actuators had failed and needed to be replaced. The dealer also informed the contact that the front passenger-??s side door had experienced the same failure. An independent mechanic had repaired all three doors. The manufacturer had not been made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 91,228.
