automatic emergency brake malfunction

I'm sick and tired of my Front Sensor Disabled Warning light coming on 3 times a day, and when it rains my brakes randomly lock up because of the Front Sensor malfunctioning. My dealer wouldn't fix it and I paid cash for car. I bought it brand new from McLARTY NISSAN IN NORTH LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS.

Update from Mar 14, 2022: It did it again this morning.

This is now the third time my 2020 Altima's automatic emergency brake system randomly engaged in the middle of the road when there is no one in front of me. Weather is clear, roads are dry, and I can't figure out a reason why. I looked up this problem and it turns out this has happened with so many people and there are current lawsuits as well. I plan on going to Nissan today to see what can be done, but how do I know I can even trust them to fix this when this has been a problem for so long??
