My 2020 Nissan Altima has problems with drifting to the right, and very dramatically. No dealership can fix this issue, and I am in the process of getting them to acknowledge my concerns.
I get 4 alignments a year, and that is far too many. I am not driving badly or on rough terrain. I do not hit potholes, and I certainly do not hit the curb. Whenever I do get my alignment done, the technician tells me they are "maxing out the rear differential" and that my alignment will not ever be perfect because it will not allow him to get it into the "green" area.
I am not super knowledgeable on this issue, but what he is saying is that he can't get my rear into the correct specifications for an alignment because something is wrong. It is always in the "red" and Nissan just tells me there is nothing to be done and it cannot be fixed. I feel that my car constantly drifting to the right has something to do with this. Even after I get an alignment done, it still drifts. I do all the regularly scheduled work on my vehicle, yet we do not know the cause of the problem because Nissan claims this is "normal."
