I am having problems with the brakes. Have taken vehicle to the dealer 4 times, and problems have not been resolved. They still can't get to fix the problem. The window regulators broke twice. Also, seat back broke twice, but was repaired by dealer. Main problem are the brakes.

While driving at 35 mph consumer applied the brakes and passenger who was seated on the front passenger seat almost hit the windshield. The seat belt didn't hold the passenger, consumer indicated the problem was the design of the front passenger seat. The dealership indicated to the consumer they received complaints every day on this issue, and they did not know how to fix it. The front passenger seat is set at a downward angle.
