Armada SE V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 42,000 miles

The SUV has been a very good vehicle until last year '06 when the Armada was placed in Park on flat ground and my wife stepped out then the SUV roll back then surged rolled forward crushing her being five months pregnant and breaking her left hip and crushing her right lower leg. Today after that incident the vehicle when driving while the SUV is in Drive on a very small incline will roll back until you press the brake. It will also at a stop and then start to accelerate will lunge or jump forward very hard. Nissan dealership said since my 3 year/36k warranty was over to a mileage of 42k I would have to pay to have it seen about. They kept the SUV in their shop for over an hour. Called me up to pick the SUV and said they was going to waive the charge and not to worry. Immediately a flag of curiosity went up and I started to investigate further. I reported it to the NHTSA investigator, and also found a few other people that has had similar troubles. If anyone can help please let me know and I will do the same.
