This is the second time after being "repaired" by the Nissan Dealer in Fremont, CA that the vehicle would not start. Indicator of impending problem is trouble getting the car out of park after starting. Then the real problem is it will not start with the steering wheel straight, foot brake on and start button pushed. We were on a downgrade with the parking brake set. Tow truck driver tried to start it with a jumper, battery was good, but the vehicle would not start. Towed vehicle to dealership, they could not duplicate problem, they refused to work on it after doing diagnostics with no problems indicated.

I think it has to be a brakes switch, transmission switch or push button switch to close the start circuit. they would not do ANYTHING!

I opened a case file with Nissan and the Dealer "SAID" they would open a Tech File with Nissan.

Second time this problem occurred, the dealer said they fixed it last time, they did not. Now they refuse to R/R any parts until they see a problem.

Vehicle is worthless to my wife if it is unreliable.
