Bluebird Sylphy Bluebird Syllphy 2.0L

This car is a 2006 used vehicle from Japan and after 6 months of purchasing the leathrette on the dash started bubbling/bumps.I know of a friend who bought a brand new one from the local dealers and the same problem developed-he was compensated by the company by getting it fixed.
