Bluebird Sylphy ES 1.5L

I am paying for a brand new car that has been in and out the company for the same problem 8 times to be clear. The last time the car was re-welded. I am no longer comfortable or feel safe driving a car that has been through all that problems and to top it off I have to still be paying the loan for that car which I'm not driving because I'm trying to sell it. It's not fair I didn't go and un-weld that car why am I stuck with it, its really hard to sell.
