Cube S 1.9L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 130,000 miles

We would like the drivetrain to work properly, alignment should not be a problem. A car should not feel like the front wheel drive is dragging pulling itself off the roads or highways while driving, okay? Already had (3) alignment's done but still having problems! Just isn't going away. I'll be filing a lawsuit against all parties; Maker-the Manufacture, Dealership, Parts-Maker. We have rights and none have been met until some-one or bodies dies!

So after dealing with tires wearing out very quickly for less than a year, 10 tires I haven't had the car 3 years yet. Dealership pretty much blew me off last year saying our roads here in Vermont were bad and that was the problem. Went to 2 local tire companies repair shops and the alignment is totally off, had a front end alignment done, they could not do a rear end one it's not adjustable had to go to Nissan. Manager away, person wants me to call him next week, try to schedule it for when manager is back, she won't say to call next week. Finally had to say I'm not sure if safe to drive vehicle can someone at least look & tell me, yes open till 5 come in. Get there at 4:55 she tells me oh my service guys only work till 5 they can't look at it. She will..starts to be confrontational..front tires look fine..i said it's the back ones..oh yes, I should come in tomorrow they can prorate tires & she has to put it on her machine to compare the alignment to my alignment on Sat. Calls me at work 30 min later..rear I bar bent I have to pay for everything. Who cares, I tried to bring this to their attention less than a year ago and they blew me off and suddenly there is a problem with the car. Same as someone else had a complaint on here..rear alignments can't be done you have to buy an I bar which is over $1,000 for the part. I will be selling this vehicle and eating the loss to not have to deal with Nissan and my local dealership again.
