I have talked to dealer about this on 7/31/13 they said that no one else has coplained of this problem. The problem got worse after my muffler fell off because it rotted though way early and this hasn't stopped but it has gotten worse.

I have had this problem off and on for 8 months this time car would start and when it did it surged and stopped, surged and stopped for several minutes we turned car off then started again it stopped / problem continues while driving.

Sometimes when I am driving at a consistent speed, the needle on the tachometer and the engine sounds start indicating these little surges. I don't see an increase in speed, just power surging. I have seen a video on You Tube of this same problem which is making me think that it's not my imagination or something I'm doing. I still have yet to complain to the dealer about this since it would be my sixth trip in for repairs since we bought it new on August 31st. It's getting really old.
