Passenger side screw and lug nuts broke half off the tire. Causing a loud noise of the tire wobbling. Tire was pushed in and holding by one screw and lug nut. Now the driver side tire did the same thing. The first time this happened the vehicle was in motion same with the second incident.

The contact owns 2010 Nissan Cube. While having a nail removed from the tire, the technician stated the sensor was defective and that the tire pressure monitoring system light illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact stated that the light only began to illuminate when the nail was in the tire causing a loss of tire pressure. The warning light remained illuminated after the tire was repaired. The contact spoke to the manufacturer about NHTSA recall campaign number: 09V393000 (tires), but was told the 2010 model year was not included. The failure and current mileage was 46,516.
