TL the contact owns a 2010 Nissan Cube. The contact stated while driving 25 during sunset the sun shines on the windshield creating a sparkle effect. The contact stated this impairs her vision while driving and could cause a crash. The contact took the vehicle to a dealer regarding the windshield. The dealer stated the sparkle effect was due to tree sap. The contact stated the window is pitted. The contact also stated the windshield was pitted. The contact stated the manufacturer will not replaced the windshield for a unknown reason. The contact stated this is a manufacturer defect and the manufacturer should be responsible for the repairs. The failure mileage was 27,523.
