This component has failed on both the right and left side. In both cases the washer was missing that holds the bushing in place. The first occurrence happened at 20,000 miles and the seconand was discovered at 48,000. The dealer was asked the first time to check the lelt side but they stated that it was Nissan policy to fix only what was broken. In both cases the washer was missing and I wonder how many other trucks have this same problem. This defect causes causes excessive sway while driving the truck and the driver could loose control.
