The contact owns a 2002 Nissan Frontier. The vehicle has Continental grabber aw tires. While driving 65 mph, the rear driver's side tread separated from the tire and damaged the side panel of the vehicle and the rear fender. There was no crash and the contact did notice any differences in the vehicle prior to the failure. The tires have not been diagnosed by the dealer. The tire size was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 72,000. Updated 07/29/08. Updated 08/05/08.
