This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Nissan dealer.
This was basically my first problem with the truck. When putting it in drive "BAM" Reverse "BAM" Nissan explained it needed a new rear end and they told me it should be under warranty unless it looks like I'm the cause of the problem, I told them that they where nuts, I drive the truck very responsibly and no way I was the root of the problem. They are always trying to get out of fixing the issue. I cant stand it, you pay so much money for a new vehicle and after you sign the papers they don't want to hear it. They did cover it and on to the next problem the fuel sensor.

keep noticing vibration at 35 mph and 70 mph at 70 mph shift into neutral and vibration is gone
raised rear tires off ground and allowed tire to spin with motor running and noticed grinding sound in rear end
called nissan service and they said it would be cheaper to replace rear end than rebuild it though nissan parts rear axle is 2200 $ ouch wasn't ready for that maybe a 1000 not 2000 and to think my next truck was going to be a nissan Titan think I'll buy a Ford at least it's American.
