This is really inexcusable, especially since we change our oil religiously and use synthetic oil.
When a company puts out a tsb, it means that it is a common problem with that vehicle, and the thing is I'm willing to bet that there are many more vehicles with this motor that have the same problem that were not reported because they don't know how or where to do it!
That idea that we should just deal with it is ludicrous! Especially after they charge us such exorbitant sums of money for the vehicle and make it so complicated that you have to be a mad scientist to repair it.
