The contact owns a 2009 Nissan Frontier. The contact was driving 35 mph when the brakes failed after being depressed and the vehicle crashed into a lamp post. The crash caused no injuries and a police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a private mechanic where the mechanic confirmed that the front lower control arm was detached from the vehicle.
