Frontier PRO 4X 4.V6

  • Automatic transmission

To fix a weight sensor for the passenger seat in this vehicle is outright extortion and a travesty to the motorist. A seat sensor Is priced at two thousand dollars and five hundred. NISSAN are you in your right mind!? I will not pay this outrageous price for such a small unit. I will NEVER purchase a NISSAN vehicle again.

Went to dealer because airbag light was blinking. Told I needed a new passenger side airbag wiring harness for 1200 dollars. Also told that the part is on nationwide back order. To me this meant it was a very common problem. After a cursory internet search I found that it was not only a problem with the Frontier, but also with many other Nissan vehicles. I'm sure eventually there will be a class action lawsuit in which my recovery will be nominal compared to 1200 dollars. This was my third and last Nissan.
