The radio reboots to basic settings starting cold or while driving, never know if it's going to go to am?fm? or try yo find xm, also turns it self on while the truck is parked, been to the dealer who wants it left for a unknown amount of time with zero guarantee of Nissan allowing a replacement of the radio,,

I am a retired ASE audi/vw master tech who knows not to try to get intermittent problem fixed by a dealer without being told no problem found at this time, just in 4 moths this has happened about 20 times, I have shown the dealer photos, of proof I can't leave the truck I live 40 miles away.

Update from Jul 13, 2024: 14 months old, i've been to 2 dealers and gotten the same bs run around, live with it, they did update the software which failed to help the dropping of sound or it's rebooting after it makes loud pops. complaints to Nissan where fruitless.

Update from Jul 13, 2024: i should also note, Nissan is now allowing dealers to charge the owners for diagnostic time before they do make a warranty repair , in my case one dealer wanted me to PAY UP FRONT for 3 hours labor diagnostic at $189.00 a hour, BEFORE they did any warranty work,
