Gave truck to Norwich Nissan on 8/19/2025. Paint roof cracks and chipped paint. Covered under warranty. Truck was painted at Charles Toyota. Was not done correctly. Now they want it painted at Girard Nissan. This simple roof paint repair that should have only taken 3 days. Now Girard Nissan wants to remove bed to paint roof. Not necessary. Truck has not been repaired as of today. Nissan is making this harder then needed.
