The contact owned a 2013 Nissan Juke. While driving at 20 mph, there was a loud popping noise and the contact lost control of the steering wheel. As a result, the contact's vehicle crashed into a parked vehicle. The contact sustained a moderate concussion that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The contact noticed that the entire rim fractured. The vehicle was destroyed. The failure mileage was 23,000.
