Sept. 1 found car dead in driveway - had car towed, battery replaced. Sept. 13 found car dead in driveway - landlord observed lights flashing late at night. Reported issue to tow/service company, battery charged. Following that lights started to flash spontaneously.

Car towed to a Nissan service in my area - unable to id the issue or repair. Nissan USA owns the vehicle but unable to help - my take, it's their car, their product, they are responsible. At this time will not lease another Nissan, no longer trust the product or Nissan's ability to diagnose and repair. So far this has been costly in tows, battery replacement, UBER rides to get to and from work, and a car rental.

Nissan is reviewing for reimbursement. The car is 1.5 months out of warranty. I have less that 14,000. miles on it. Don't know from one day to the next if the car will be running or dead in the driveway.

Update from Oct 1, 2017: Nissan USA reimbursed my rental. The problem was never identified or resolved. My lease is up in November - I will not lease another Nissan. Nissan should do a better job with customer retention. I am hoping that my car will run until the end of my lease without other issues. This has been expensive, frustrating and stressful.

They held my car for three days! "So we could be 100% sure the problem is solved" When they first diagnosed the problem they said there definitely was a drain in the system. All they did was put in a new battery! I pointed out that in the Nissan Juke forum people have been reporting this problem since the 2011 model year. Something is wrong internally, my car was 6 months old with under 2000 miles. I spent $100 for a quick charger to keep in the car, sad!
