Juke SL 1.6L Turbo

  • CVT transmission
  • 2,000 miles

During the multiple times I have tried to get my Juke's problems repaired, I talked to the reps at Nissan Customer Service. The first person to reach out to me left a message on my answering machine with a number to reach her. I called the number back within minutes of her call as well as several times the following day. I never got past her voice mail, but was eventually contacted by an other person who said she would contact the service dept. where I purchased the car to arrange for my car to be fixed. Never happened! I think the problem is the company has gotten too big. Even the lackeys have lackeys! Nobody has their ear to the ground. They live in the bubble.

Anyway, while I was speaking to the young lady who was pretending to assist me, she asked if I was aware that there was a recall on my vehicle. I wasn't, but as soon as I found out about it I called my dealership who verified it and set aside time to fix it when they looked at the other issues that they had failed to correct. Long story short, when I picked up my car, not only had they not fixed the other problems AGAIN! But I was scolded that I wasn't even supposed to know about the recall as it required a special tool that nobody has & won' t be available until sometime next year. (then why in the hell did they tell me to bring it in in the first place?) they just love to waste my time. 3 strikes & they are out! N.J. Lemon law here I come!
