: the contact stated the turn signal switch and the headlight switch are located on the same lever. When pushing up to turn the right signal on, the headlight switch inadvertently gets turned on, causing the headlights to go off. This has happened once at night at a highway speed of 55 mph. The dealership has not been notified. Updated 4/11/2006 -
