Maxima SE 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 87,000 miles

The car had about 120000 kms and started jerking. Nissan said it was just filter and fluid . Did not stop and eventually went out at about 140000 kms and cost me $5100 to replace.

Maxima SE 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 81,000 miles

I bought my 2004 Maxima about 2 months ago, it runs fine but I have parked it on a driveway that is steep and it got locked in park twice. I had to get it towed twice, it only has 81,000 miles. I bought it for May, 17 old daughter, but it's a pain in the ass!!!! It's in the shop now waiting for them to put a new transmission in. Thank goodness it came with a warranty, Nissan needs to do something about this.
