2004 Nissan Maxima with defective Goodyear Eagle rsa tires customer wants all four tires replaced** the consumer received 2 new tires from savitt tire dealership both front tires had tread separation and stated the dealer who made the inspection informed the consumer the vehicle was very unsafe to drive. Goodyear made the decision to only replace the front 2 tires and to sell the consumer the other 2 in which he declined. The consumer does not know why retailer shipped 4 new tires to the dealer but Goodyear only agreed to give the consumer 2 new tires. The consumer provided a copy of a reimbursement form and an article about defective tires.
