When driving the car would loose power and not accelerate. Driving onto on ramp to highway and car would not accelerate and started to loose speed while merging. No lights came on dash or anything. Seems like the car went into limp mode or something.

I was driving North on E I-94 at the posted speed when the call started to slow down and would not accelerate past 40 miles per hour. The sluggish speed continued off and on until I reached my destination. On my return trip home, the multitude of lights came on during the drive (tcs off, brake, ABS, slip) and the car would periodically go between sluggish and regular speed. When I took it to the dealership, the car was diagnosed with have a bad ABS actuator and one bad speed sensor, total cost of repairs about $2400. From what I've read, this is a recurring Nissan problem across models and should be recalled. It is unconscionable that we should be have to pay for a company mistake.

ABS, slip, tcs & brake lights came on suddenly while taking off and there was excessive vibration. As a result, there was (and still is) a total loss of ABS & tcs systems.. engines revs high & surges while taking 1/4 mile to reach 40mph. Diagnostic states that there are problems with the ABS actuator, speed sensors & wheel hub. &2,858.65 to repair. Given the lack of acceleration reliability as well as the loss of braking & traction systems, this is a serious safety issue.
