Car after warmed up is getting stuck in first gear, had back to dealer and they could not trigger the problem, hooked up computer and can not get an error code so they called Nissan usa and was advised to replace the computer program that tells the transmission to shift, I had the car back for three days and same problem, brought right back to dealership, they had for another two weeks and I just received a call that they can not duplicate the problem to come pick it up, as soon as I drove out of the dealership the car would not shift into second gear its hung up in first and then my ABS were acting up sounded like they were dragging on the ground brought right back to dealer they have had the car for 27 days and still can't figure out what's wrong.
