After a long week and day at work, I was my way home. As I got ready to enter the enter section my car began to stall and then all of a sudden it cut off. Tried to turn it back on, it wouldn't do nothing. The lights went out and wouldn't come back on. I lost all power in my car. Luckily I was still near my job, one of my co-workers stopped to help me. She took me to the nearest auto store to buy a battery because I just knew it was the battery. Which cost me $160 bucks. I waited for my boyfriend to come and put the battery in, the car started up right away. So, thought my problem was fixed. NO!!! WRONG!!!! Went shopping for my mom and grandmother on Saturday & it did all over again. Had to have it towed to my mechanic. I praying to GOD that he can figure out whats wrong with it. I don't want to start looking for another car.

We've had this vehicle since they were first rolled out. There are numerous problems; however this last one with constant battery drain is off the chain. To top it off, the dealership where we had it TOWED two (2) freaking weekends in a row made it seem like my husband and I were fools. They continue to say nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Their first solution was a new battery. Drove out of town the next weekend after picking up the vehicle, came back into town on the back of a tow truck. The dealership again said nothing is wrong with the vehicle. We picked it up, drove across a bridge headed to our home; vehicle power drained; had just enough to get back to the dealership. Vehicle would not crank! Left it there for another week - to no avail - still said nothing is wrong with the car. As a process of elimination, we attempted to find the problem ourselves. Purchased and had installed a new alternator - not the problem!!!! Can anybody tell us a solution to this freaking problem. We can't trust the vehicle to go around the corner - The mechanic who put in the alternator called to say - unfortunately that is not the problem. Vehicle still going dead and will not crank.

This first happened 2 years after I bought the vehicle, it just wouldn't start. I was charged $80.00 and approximately 6 months later it happened again and the woman (believe her name is Valerie) told me it was the way I drive the car. I drove this vehicle like I drove my 2004 Nissan Maxima and I never had a problem. This occurred several times and everytime I took to Solano Nissan in Pueblo, CO they never found a problem. They obviously do not waste their time to check the problem or do not know what they need to do.

I have called triple A numerous times to come jump start the vehicle. It happened again 12/30/14, I spoke with Valerie at Solano Nissan, the only thing showing on the dash was the icon of a key, she told me the battery on the key fob needed to be changed. I changed the batteries on the key fob and that is not the problem. Who do I contact to sue, these geniuses cannot find the problem?
