Maxima S 3.5L

  • CVT transmission
  • 100 miles

I used to have a strong back. I could easily haul 100 lb bags with no problems whatsoever. But then I bought a Chevy Nova (a Corolla sibling) and discovered the hard way that lumbar support, any lumbar support is a torture device. I gave away the damn Nova and tried a Nissan Altima. The Altima seats were OK and this made me try other Nissans. Big mistake. The Maxima 2013 seats are at least just as bad as the Nova seats. They are rock hard and badly misshaped. My wife also cannot drive the car without putting several pillows on the seat. The 8 way seat adjustment only helps in selecting which part of your back is going to be destroyed right away. I am almost ready to burn the damned Maxima.
