Maxima 3.5L Sv

  • CVT transmission
  • 90,000 miles

stepper motor

I Have only had this 2013 maxima for almost 2yrs in June. It only has 90,000 miles and they are telling me that the Stepper Mortor has went out which has something to do with the transmission and clearly is the buyers fault. They are telling I will need to either buy a remanufactured transmission or a used one at about almost $4200. that is just crazy, they don't sell the part. nobody know how to really work the on the CVT but were gonna be out of pocket and not to mention I still have 5yrs left to pay on this damn car. they always say Nissan is the best its not looking like it right now the part should be able to be sold and you should not have to buy a whole new transmission that is just ridiculous. and the crazy part is there has been at least 5 cars today same year as mine that is having the same issue now you tell me Nissan should not be paying for this warrant or not.
