So Nissan won't step up to the plate and fix my car. Just made my 37th payment this month and the transmission is gone. Warranty is 5/60k on power train I have 73k because I have a long commute. 90% of those miles are hwy too. SMH The thing is Nissan knows the CVT technology is not there yet as on previous model years they have doubled the power train to 10/120k. Just not on my 2013 Maxima, YET!! So instead of being proactive their being reactive. To see how much these CVT trannies fail go to YouTube and do a search and you'll see plenty of people filming their cars doing low mph with the gas pedal floored. So now with this fix out of my pocket my car becomes a 50k investment. Considering NISSAN I RECOMMEND NOT.
