The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Maxima. While driving 65 mph, the sun roof exploded without warning. There were no injuries. The contact called jones Nissan (1260 wayne rd, savannah, tn 38372, (731) 925-0367) and was informed that the glass was not covered under warranty even after the sun roof was previously replaced for leaking. The manufacturer also stated that the glass was not covered by warranty. The failure mileage was 22,000.
