The consumer stated this was not the first time the engine abruptly shut off. The first incident happened in July 2007. But, the vehicle was restarted and was taken to the dealer, but they were unable to find a problem. Prior to the first two incidents, the engine stalled on May 10, 2010. The driver side door locks itself. Due to this, an infant was locked in the car with the car running. I drive with the doors unlocked all the time now, so I can get in a different door when it happens.

I have had to bring my car in 7 times for doors randomly locking themselves. It has happened twice while the car was running and 3 times upon fueling the car. No resolve to the issue and have been told at my latest visit (yesterday) their conclusion is that it is me locking them subconsciously!

Locked out of vehicle 5 times with key in ignition, 2 times with the motor running. Driver door appears to lock slightly when pulling door handle. I believe the "push-in lock above the door release does not open all the way or the driver's handle can easily push it partially closed accidentally.
