Totally annoyed at the inconsistency of 2004 Nissan Murano's back hatch operation. Sometimes it works, now most times it doesn't. I've been dealing with this issue for years. This is considered a "high-end" luxury vehicle and it does not fit the bill. This is only one of many problems with this vehicle: door handle fell off in my hand, seats ripped prematurely, etc.
