steering hard and noisy, steering fluid leaked out

Ever since we got this car used two years ago, the steering has been getting worse and worse, mainly was harder and harder to turn the wheel, few weeks ago it started to get noisy and couple weeks ago the power steering fluid leaked out, possibly completely by now that as soon as the car starts, the noise of the steering is very noise, especially when touching the steering wheel. We don't drive it now of course, will be calling and looking into how much it costs to fix and hopefully it's covered under the extra warranty we got it with. Will update here!
