Driver door cannot be locked or unlocked with the remote key (fob) nor with the button in the handle. It works only manually with the key inserted in the door socket.

Liftgate lock/unlock mechanism will not engage with remote or from outside button. Only way to unlock is to jump into car and manually unlock it from inside (after removing panel for lock mechanism).
