no (working-commuting) driver does less than 10,000 miles per year.
looks like nissan was trying to get out from under reasonable drivetrain claims
by moving the goal posts.
maybe they discovered an inherent flaw in their full-time four wheel drive???
how frequent is this failure (had all the recommended maintenance and at the 60,000 service
they should have seen signs of impending failure: metal shavings at differential oil change).
