This is my 2nd brand new car from Nissan a Murano, that replaced the one I bought in 2012. The coolant smell was very strong and kept happening, so they replaced it with a new 2013. Guess What? This Brand new Murano has the same issue and a salesman from Tracy Ca Nissan has the same issue with his Altima. This is a manufacturer problem and they say there is nothing they can do about it. Its an ongoing problem they are not willing to take care of now I am still fighting with them to resolve the issue, my car only has 6000 miles on it, so my advice to you if you thinking or are purchasing a Nissan: BEWARE that this is an issue they will not take care of. I will personally NEVER buy another NISSAN EVER!! Good luck to you if you do! i will tell everyone I know not to buy one either!!!
