I purchased a roof rack from my local Nissan Dealership, not knowing any different that they actually sold me the wrong one; they sold me a black one and installed it on my vehicle. A year later, the paint started peeling off it terribly. After phoning around and inquiring with other dealerships, I found-out that it should've been a "silver" colour roof rack to go with the trim on my car. The only solution to this was to get them replaced and thankfully, Nissan covered the cost of the new rails and installation.
