problem #1

Murano SL 3.5L V6

  • CVT transmission
  • 53,300 miles

The car only has 53,300 miles and for this rear hatch assembly to go bad and the part alone cost $691.00, its ridiculous. This should be on a recall because many other people have had this same issue. Although some say that when you disconnect battery and reconnect it that fixes the problem, its only temporary.

So I called Nissan Customer Care line... spoke with the rep and told him this... for this to go bad with the car with such low mileage... it doesn't say much about Nissan. He said he would start a case and get back to me. I had to prove ownership of the car, once I did that, a week or so later he called back and said they will refund the amount of the part! Which I am verify satisfied with that but Im putting this on here for others to be aware.
