My gps card was significantly outdated. I asked my dealer to upgrade it. he told me I had to do it by myself and go on-line to order new SD card.
When you order it will ask you for the serial model and year of the car and switch you to a third party "Here". I received the card, follow instructions... and error messages until nothing! There was no more GPS, radio, phone. The entire multimedia functionalities are gone.
I go back to the dealer. 5600$ (can) to replace the entire unit!!! And to this day I am still trying to figure out a more decent solution with Nissan.
Why do they let customer handle it, why do they not offer the service? Why isn't there a better solution and faster to upgrade gps card?
