Had the vehicle for a week, as of yesterday and today while returning back from the gas station I drove over a set of train tracks(slowly as always) the nav, radio,information screen when black. Lost the satellite radio, gps, and all my fm and am radio stations that I programmed in. A couple of kms later it came back up but no xm radio and no gps... All my preset radio stations are gone and still no gps or xm. Going to contact dealer tomorrow . See what happens
