display doesn't retain settings

After two visits to the dealership (now five visits), it's still not corrected. Nissan Corporate refuses to do anything.

Don't buy a POS Nissan, ever.

Murano SV 6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 18,900 miles

I bought the 2018 Nissan Murano with 18,900 miles on it in late Oct., 2018. As soon as I bought the car, I noticed that the display did not hold. My radio settings, the clock, even the Bluetooth phone connection settings did not hold after the car was turned off. I took it to the Chevy/Buick dealer where I bought it to have them fix it. It appeared to have been fixed when I drove off the dealership lot again. But, after a couple stops on the way home, when I turned the car on, all the settings were lost again. If you again try to set the radio stations and source, set the time, and make the connection with your cell phone, it only holds if you turn the engine off and back on again within a couple minutes. Any longer than that, the car "forgets" everything! Help!

Update from May 13, 2019: We found out that the sound display was missing a tech card. Nissan put another one in and it has worked perfectly ever since.
