The contact owns a 2014 Nissan NV200. While driving approximately 25 mph, the transmission downshifted and the vehicle hesitated. The vehicle was maneuvered to the side of the road where the engine was turned off. After restarting, the vehicle resumed normally. The failure recurred on three separate occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unavailable.
