Purchased my Nissan 200NV new in 2014. Have had it serviced at John Sisson Nissan continuously, and was then informed that my automatic transmission needs replaced after only 55K miles. I was informed that Nissan CVT transmissions were recalled due to many being replaced and settled class action lawsuit approved on October 7, 2021. Although I have a CVT transmission, my VIN number isn't listed as one that needs to be replaced.

transmission not changing gear when is cold

I have been going to the gas stations 3 times a week when I only drove 250 miles, after I warm up the car for 15 minutes ( with my remote starter timer)

I decide to call the Nissan dealer, explain to the Nissan tecnician and he told me that must warm it up for 50 minutes, I can't beleave this, so I am getting ready to call the Nissan corp.

this stupid truck is only 2400 miles and I have spend almust $100.00 in 300 miles that I have drove.
