Vehicle roof top and roof rack area starting to rust increasingly. This vehicle has been rusting out in various other vehicle areas such as- passenger side rear view mirror area, passenger side door lower 1/4 area, rear windshield wiper area. Is anyone else experiencing these rust areas? Possible paint and autobody defects during the manufacturing process.

There must be a defect with the 1999.5 Nissan Pathfinder body for it to be leaking rainwater into the hatchback trunk compartment area after a moderate to heavy rainfall. Has anyone else had this issue? What actions did you take to remedy this problem? Vehicle begins to smell mildewy after a couple days due to the leak. Would appreciate feedback if anyone else experienced this problem. Thank you!
