While driving at 65 mph on I-95 the rear passenger side tire blew out. Specifically the threads peeled off causing damage to the wheel well, trim and brakes. Damage was $1650. Tire was a toyo tranpath A12(taa12-6). P255/65R16 106S with good threads. Upon inspection cracks are visible on two other toyo tires and need to be replaced. The fourth tire is a Bridgestone dueler H/T and shows no cracks. Virginia hwy patrol checked vehicle but did not file a report.

Driving on parkway, tire blew out causing ~ $3,000 body damage by the ripping rubber. No accident occurred. Tow was necessary. My complaint is that the tire did not show the "indicator marking" of wear, nor were the treads bare. The make, model and numbers are identical to 2 other complaints I quickly reviewed on this site.
