water leaking into interior

I bought the Pathfinder used in April of 2018. When it rains, it leaks. Water mostly gathers on the driver's side front floorboard. When it rains badly, it also gathers on the passenger's side front floorboard too. During Hurricane Florence, it also leaked in the back hatch (very back, passenger side.)

Not sure if the leak is from the windshield or door. It drips out where the dash meets the door, near the door speaker.

Update from Oct 15, 2018: UPDATE:

I took a chance that is might be the windshield. Is was. Rust had formed on the windshield frame, so the windshield seal wasn't sticking to the Pathfinder in places (only the glass). They removed the windshield, removed the rust (it hadn't caused any structural damage - only surface rust), primed it, and installed a new windshield. Problem solved.

Also, the leak in the back turned out to be a badly mounted replacement side window (after original glass apparently was broken out).
