Pathfinder LE 4.0L

My 2006 Nissan Pathfinder cannot start and the dashboard light comes on for no reason. First my VDC & SLP light came on. Placed car in Park to open gate and All the light came on, but the vehicle ran fine. Turned car off and had a hard time starting it up again, in idle the front windshield wipers didn't want to work and the AC turned off, but later worked intermittently while in idle. Didn't want to turn off the car due to a hard start just wanted to take it back to the dealers for repair. Did not want to pay for a tow and I had three children in the car and needed to have someone pick them up. After taking it back to the dealer's service department they told me it was due to a leaking battery. I questioned them if this car had a battery indicator and why didn't it come on? Changed battery two days later car did not want to start and the VDC, SLP & Engine light came on again. I made a mistake and turned the car off, so now I had to tow it back to the Nissan repair shop. Shouldn't they have to pay for the tow? Anyhow this is the frustrating part, They told me my car is over 10 years old and they don't make BCM for this model so I needed to look for it elsewhere, or maybe trade in this car and buy a New one. I told them I take care of my car and I just had the hood painted and the Radiator changed two months ago. ($2400.) I'm glad I found the part on Ebay, before they called me back and found one for $585.00 ( I paid &85.00 used and they guarantee me it was working.) After changing the BCM it still din't want to start, I told them to check the IPDM & ECM before changing the ECU. I even called the Part Department supervisor for help and asked if my 2006 Pathfinder had any Recalls. He said NO, but when I checked online there was a Recall in October 2010 for the ECM. I really want my car back so I okayed the change of the ECU/ECM? (Computer Unit) I asked them why! They said because it didn't recognize the key. This would cost me $1285 just for the unit. I didn't think it was the problem after reading the recalls and the frustrating owners of this 2006 Pathfinders, but what do I know? After changing my BCM & ECU/ECM (Computer Unit) they got the car started, but the headlights come on and there still have light on the dashboard. They wanted to run it for about 200 - 250 miles and to find out the problem. I have an estimated bill of $1785.00 and they cannot release the vehicle as of yet because now the headlight and dashboard light come on. I told them this is the same problem I was having, but they said NO, because I came in for a No Start and the car starts now so they fixed one problem and need to look into the other problems. How do I know they are now changing the Recall parts, but they are charging me for Modular parts that really didn't need to be changed. I have young children and I've got stranded twice because the car wouldn't start after the dashboard light all come on. How can Nissan say we need to change our cars every 10 years because they don't make parts anymore. I want Nissan to be responsible for the three times I got stranded with my kids.
